Through guided meditation, breath work and reflective exercises, you’ll learn to calm your mind, reconnect with your body and process emotions without judgement. What to Expect in my Class

My meditation class begins with a warm welcome. We all share a weakness, something we would like to achieve/manifest and what we are grateful for. We then do a stretch movement to release tension, followed by a relaxing meditation. This process is designed to facilitate the release of tension and promote a calm, relaxed state for effective meditation.
